No-shows cost the school unnecessary time and money. In order to curtail this problem a new policy has been promulgated and instituted.


Policy:


1. Anyone who does not show up to a class they have scheduled where no deposit was required and does not notify the school at least 24 hours in advance, whether online or in person, will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $35 in advance to reschedule a class.


2. Rescheduling of classes under this policy may be done by either one of the following methods in advance:


(a) Online with a credit or debit card, and by filling out the online form located on our contact page.


(b) Via posted letter with enclosed money order in the amount of $35.* 

*Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, and date(s) requested.


3. When deemed necessary, the school may require payment in advance for courses where seating is very limited. In the event payment in advance is required and student cancels, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $35 will apply.





Reminder: Deposit fees are non-refundable if you do not show up. This policy is necessary because in the past we had held seats for people who canceled or were no shows that someone else could have had.
